         U+S is a combined seal ring. The star ring ensures the preloading shrinkage under low pressure or vacuum      conditions. The system pressure is transmitted to the sealing lip of the U-ring through the star ring. The U-ring is loaded with the increase of system pressure, and the sealing effect is basically independent of the change of temperature. When the U-ring is worn to a certain extent, the star ring plays a role of compensation to ensure its sealing effect.

        U+S has good wear resistance and extrusion resistance; Insensitive to vibration load and pressure peak; Ideal sealing effect under no-load and low temperature conditions; Suitable for harsh working environment; Easy to install.

• Scope of application

        U + s is mainly used to seal hydraulic equipment such as plunger, piston rod, air drill, telescopic cylinder, forging press and walking machinery.

• Technical parameter

  Pressure: ≤ 35 MPa. When the pressure is higher than 20MPa, it is recommended to use retaining ring.
  Temperature: - 30 ℃ ~ + 80 ℃
  Speed: reciprocating ≤ 0.8m/s
  Medium: petroleum based hydraulic oil, emulsion, not suitable for environmental protection and safety hydraulic oil (bio oil).

        Star Ring: high elastic nitrile rubber (NBR), shore hardness (SHA) 70 °
