It is a specification product, both of the lenses are the same diopter.

If you want the glasses with different diopter(SPH) lenses and specific pupil distance,you need to pay an extra $6 for customization.

If you want the glasses with diopter for cylinder(CYL) and specific pupil distance,it must be customized and you need to pay an extra $9 for customization.

The UV400 lenses can be made with diopter for cylinder(CYL),the polarized lenses can not be made with diopter for cylinder(CYL).
